Maintenance technician
Job description
- You are responsible for the maintenance (primarily air duct cleaning) of HVAC installations: mainly in public buildings and industrial environments, but also in residential properties
- You work alone or in a team and are the point of contact for the customer regarding technical questions
- You know how to develop a strategic approach and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Depending on your knowledge and experience, you are responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of large or small air ducts and extractor hoods
- One to two times per week you go to our offices in Genk to select materials and to handle your administration
Profile
- You have a technical education or equivalent; experience with HVAC, refrigeration, cleaning or maintenance techniques is an asset
- You can read a construction plan
- You are communicative and customer- and service-oriented
- You are in possession of a category B driving licence
