Business Developer Stuttgart
Your responsibilities
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle (A to Z) within your assigned region. You will primarily work from the road or your home office, performing the following tasks:
- Proactive Prospecting: You will identify and contact potential clients across various sectors to educate them on the necessity of proper ventilation maintenance, with a heavy focus on cold calling.
- Technical Analysis: You will analyze client needs through site visits and the review of HVAC plans to propose customized solutions.
- Quote Management: You will prepare detailed quotes and follow up closely on all dossiers until the order is finalized.
- Project Coordination: In collaboration with the Planning and Operations Managers, you will prepare each project to ensure a smooth and reliable execution of the intervention.
- Relationship Management: After completion, you will debrief and maintain contact with the client to secure future opportunities.
Your profile
- Experience: You hold a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Affinity: You have a natural interest in and understanding of technical subjects.
- IT Proficiency: You are adept at creating documents, writing content, and incorporating visuals. Experience with a CRM system is required.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English. For French locations, native-level French is required; for German and Swiss locations, native-level German is required. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
- Independence: You are capable of working autonomously to reach your targets and have a results-oriented mindset.
- Practical Mindset: You have a "hands-on" approach and are skilled at bringing projects to a successful conclusion.
